Walking in water is a great exercise suited to all fitness levels including people with arthritis. Our 92 degree water feels great and reduces the strain on your joints. Your body weight is supported by the water's buoyancy, which reduces stress on the joints and minimizes pain while the water resistance helps strengthen and build muscle. Independent water walking lanes are available at various times throughout the day. Please check with your physician before starting any type of exercise program.
